Beacon Users' Groups

Beacon Users' Group(formerly SAG&BSP Users' Group) was established in 1977 for the purpose of exchanging information and technical skills among Beacon IT and BSP (one of the Beacon Group). As well as an annual General Meeting, there are various activities, such as almost 40 special interest groups, which conduct specific research, the CrossOver Study Group, which discusses general subjects for the system department, the Management Studying Group, which provides a place for managers to exchange views on consciousness raising, the strategic use of information, lectures, and visits to user sites. A Users' Symposium is held annually in March. Here, each group presents the results of its research to more than 500 users from all over the country and discusses issues in an intensive manner for three days. At the international level, the International Beacon IT Users' Group is also active and holds various programs in major cities of Europe and the United States. Over 2,500 Beacon IT users from around the world meet to learn about new products, hear examples of implementation presented by users, workshops, and lectures for management.

Beacon user Group holds User Symposium

Beacon user Group holds User Symposium as capping a year for activities of study groups with over 500 participants in every March. There will be lots of presentations, sessions, panel-discussions, and party in the Symposium.
