Q. What’s the difference
between the trial version and the production version?
A. The trial version has been produced based on Waha!
Transformer Lite for DB, which supports reading and
writing to databases; Waha! Transformer Lite for CSV
does not support this. Please be careful if you are
about to choose Waha! Transformer Lite for CSV.
Number of transaction is limited to 10.
The other functions are same as the production version.
Q. Can we use jobs
created with the trial version with a purchased production
version?
A. Since the trial version is produced based on Waha!
Transformer Lite for DB, all functions are available
if the production version is Waha! Transformer Lite
for DB. You must be careful if you are about to purchase
Waha! Transformer Lite for CSV. It is possible to
import jobs created from the trial version, but any
jobs that require reading or writing to databases
are not supported by Waha! Transformer Lite for CSV.
In addition, any jobs created with trial version delivered
from Dec.9, 2005 until Feb.28, 2006 must be transformed
before they can be imported to Waha! Transformer Lite.
We will transform them without any additional fees.

Q. How long is a license good for?
A. The software license limits use of the product
to one year.

pack?
License to use Waha! Transformer Lite for
DB or Waha! Transformer Lite for CSV on three computers.
It’s convenient if you are planning to use the software
on multiple PCs.

Q. What are the delivery options
available for the software?
License keys and URLs for down loading and
activating shall be sent immediately after credit
card is verified.
Q. What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be granted pursuant to our company’s
policy. If you cannot download the software after
purchasing it, please notify us from the Comment Form
and explain the problem. We welcome you to download
a trial copy of Waha! Transformer Lite before making
your purchase decision.
Q. Are taxes included?
Stated list prices include Consumption Tax
(5%).
Q. What is the download period?
The download period is for 30 days after
the purchase.
We will send a password and URL for download, and
a license key for activation as soon as possible after
the payment is made by credit card. A password is
necessary for accessing the download site.
Please download the software as quickly as possible
after purchasing the software, using the password
provided.
We strongly recommend backing up downloaded software
with back up media such as CD-ROMs.
We are planning to set up various types of partnerships
such as affiliate or local distributor for distributing
Waha! Transformer Server.
